Print Shipping Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid return shipping label sent to your email or available in your order details.
Pack Your Device
Place the item in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items, then securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized FedEx location and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
